Submission Guidelines for IERS 2025

1. Language and Formatting
   • All papers must be written in English.
   • Submissions must adhere to the IERS 2025 Paper Template (available at the end of the author instructions). The paper should follow the formatting guidelines strictly. The easiest way to achieve this is to use the provided template and change the text inside to reflect your paper content.
   • Maximum paper length: 10 pages. Paper size is B5 with custom margins Top: 1.3 inch, Bottom: 1 inch, Left: 1.2 inch, Right: 1 inch
2. Initial Submission Requirements
   • Do not include author names, affiliations, email addresses, grant information, or acknowledgements in the initial abstract.
   • Ensure strict compliance with formatting guidelines to avoid disqualification.
3. Submission Procedure
   • All the submissions will be done through Microsoft CMT program and the authors need to register for a Microsoft CMT account.
   
   
   • 1. Create a user account in Microsoft CMT tool and log-in to this site: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IERS2025
   • 2. Once you are logged in as an author, click on “Create new submission” in the Author Console.
   • 3. Follow the instructions and submit the full paper in word format along with other details requested by the site.
4. Paper Review Process
   • All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review by a panel of international reviewers.
5. Quality and Originality
   • All submissions must be based on innovative products or outcomes.
   • Papers will undergo a plagiarism check.
6. Camera-Ready Submission of the Full Papers
   • Include author details (names, affiliations, emails, etc.) in the final version.
   • Authors are encouraged to revise their manuscripts for language and formatting before submission.
   • Submit your manuscript in Microsoft CMT.
   • Email your manuscript in both MS Word and PDF formats to:

7. Review and Publication
   • Accepted papers must be presented during the Oral Sessions at IERS 2025 (Both in-person or Zoom presentations are facilitated for foreign authors).
   • Selected papers will be published in the prestigious Springer Nature Proceedings in a book series.
   • Selected papers in Energy Field will be published in the prestigious International Energy Journal
   • Papers will be selected based on the reviewer comments, evaluation conducted during the symposium and the quality of the full paper. Therefore, we kindly request you to submit your full paper to IERS 2025 in good quality. Please ensure that you double-check the written English in your manuscript before submission.
   • All other accepted papers will be published in the IERS Proceedings and indexed in the Sri Lanka Science Index Database with an ISBN.

Foreign Authors (authors with foreign affiliation)

All participants are requested to register before 30th of September 2025.

Authors with online presentations : Registration Fee - USD 50

Authors with in-person presentations : Registration Fee - USD 80
